GCL machine is designed for 6m width GCL ( geosythetic clay liners) production. It combines the nonwoven geotextile and woven geotextile and the in-between bentonite granualues together in a needle punching method. With the rapid development of earthwork projects in China, the machine is more required than ever in the past 20 years and have earned our reputation in the market by supplying the economic and quality reliable needle punching machine specified for the GCLs production. Some accessary machines can be installed in-line, such as the glue sparying machine used for bonding HDPE film and the GCLs together thus having the composite GCLs produced; and in-line heat-shrink film packing machine innovated by the client's request, and heat-set machine for getting stronger bonding result of the GCLs... We listen to clients, and grow up with clients.
We have sent our engineer working with oversea customers for installation and initial training on operation of the GCL machine. In Canada, Russia and Iran, our machines have been in service for over 10 years.
